Chair
Eleanor founded Northvale in 1998 after twenty years running a family manufacturing business. She chairs the board and sets capital allocation policy.
Marcus Hale
Chief Executive Officer
Marcus joined in 2006 from a regional bank and became CEO in 2017. He oversees the portfolio and sits on six company boards.
Priya Raman
Chief Financial Officer
Priya leads finance, treasury, and reporting. Before Northvale she was a partner at an accounting firm specializing in family businesses.
Tomas Lindqvist
Chief Operating Officer
Tomas works with portfolio leaders on safety, operations, and capital projects. He previously ran plants in Sweden and Germany.

Amara Okafor
Head of Investments
Amara leads new acquisitions and spends most of her time with founders considering succession. She joined in 2011.
Daniel Brooks
Director, Industrial
Daniel covers manufacturing and materials. He trained as a mechanical engineer before moving into investing.
Sofia Marchetti
Director, Real Assets
Sofia manages the property and land portfolio across three continents and leads new real asset purchases.
Kenji Watanabe
Director, Asia Pacific
Kenji opened Northvale's work in Japan and Australia and serves on the boards of Calder Precision and Quarry Hill Land.

Hannah Weiss
Head of Portfolio Operations
Hannah runs the shared services our companies can draw on, from procurement to cybersecurity.
Luis Ortega
Director, People
Luis helps portfolio companies hire leaders and plan succession, and runs the group apprenticeship network.
Grace Liu
General Counsel
Grace leads legal, compliance, and governance for the group and its companies.
